Congratulations to Rao (GS) Govindaraju (CE) and Venkatesh Merwade (CE) on being recognized at the ASCE’s 2024 World Environmental & Water Resources Congress. Govindaraju received the seminal paper award for a paper he co-authored, “Artificial Neural Networks in Hydrology.l: Preliminary Concepts and II: Hydrologic Applications.” Merwade received the best technical paper award for his co-authored work, “Uncertainty Analysis and Quantification in Flood Insurance Rate Maps Using Bayesian Model Averaging and Hierachical BMA.”
