Africa Sustainability (AFSURE)
Co-led by Kolapo Ajuwon (ANSC), AFSURE/ASEG is an interdisciplinary ISF initiative focused on advancing sustainability and resilience in Africa by connecting faculty and researchers to foster partnerships, research, engagement, and learning tailored to the African continent.

Advancing research on the sustainability of agricultural systems across Africa, strengthening food security, farmer livelihoods, and climate resilience through innovative science, local partnerships, and solutions that protect natural resources for future generations.

Examining the socioeconomic dimensions of sustainability in Africa, studying how policy, markets, equity, and livelihoods shape the adoption and impact of sustainable food, health, and agricultural solutions for communities across diverse regional contexts.
