Bringing a deep background in marketing, communications, project management, and operational organization, Tara has worked within private sector companies to develop brand strategy and marketing campaigns, strategic communications, operational restructure and excellence, training and business development, graphic and website design, and strategic project management. In addition, she has served on boards and planning committees within the West Lafayette community, and is a past member of the Tippecanoe Area Plan Commission and Tri Kappa Philanthropic Organization.
At ISF, Tara leads operations, communication strategy, marketing, and other aspects of the institute as a solution finder with creative vision to move the mission of ISF forward.
